So, my husband wanted some good quality wine

So, my husband wanted some good quality wine, so “Why not fly to a vineyard and whip up some fresh wine just for him?” Because, obviously, that’s what every wife does! I manually harvested the finest grapes from Lodi, California @lodi_wine , then decided to sort and destem the grapes, After a bit of crushing and pressing (with my bare hands, obviously), I fermented the wine in stainless steel to keep it fresh. Then, in true superhero fashion, I quickly bottled it up because I was taking too long, boxed it, and voila! Served him a glass of my homemade masterpiece. Cheers to marital bliss! 🍷

🍅Tomato Carpaccio 🍅 a refreshing and delicious appetizer.

❇️You’ll need

5-6 thinly sliced heirloom tomato
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 shallot, sliced
Wine vinegar (I used Champagne Vinegar)
2 Basil leaves
Lemon juice drops
Salt and pepper

❇️ How

🔆Begin by drizzling some olive oil and sprinkling a generous pinch of salt onto a plate. This will season the underside of the tomato slices. Next, thinly slice half a shallot into rings and place them in a bowl with a tablespoon of wine vinegar. Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes.

🔆Slice the tomatoes thinly as shown in the video and arrange them on the plate, slightly overlapping. Drizzle with extra oil and sprinkle with salt. Top with a few rings of shallot, finely chopped basil, a squeeze of lemon, and a bit more salt and olive oil.

Get summer-ready with the perfect outdoor dining experience featuring this EASY SUMMER DINNER!

✨Grilled Gremolata, Steak, Potatoes and Broccolini✨

🔆Marinate:
2 c parsley
5 garlic cloves
½ lemon juice
1 c olive oil
1¼ tsp salt
3 tsp Calabrian chili pepper

🔆Steak:
1-2 lbs skirt steak

🔆Vegetables:
1 ½ lbs small potatoes
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, halved lengthwise if thick
1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

❇️Add parsley, garlic, lemon juice, ¾ cup olive oil, and ¾ tsp salt to a food processor and pulse until minced.
❇️Place the skirt steak in a bowl and cover with most of the marinade. Let it sit for at least an hour.
❇️Meanwhile, bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender. Strain and transfer to a bowl, coating with 1 tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp salt.
❇️Coat some broccolini in 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
❇️When ready to eat, grill the skirt steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
❇️Place the potatoes in a large grill basket and cook on the grill until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway. Near the end, add the broccolini and grill for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway to prevent burning.
❇️Serve with potatoes and broccolini and drizzle the remaining gremolata over steak and potatoes.
