Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Crostini Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brush baguette slices with olive oil, then arrange on a sheet pan in a single layer
Bake for 12 min
Mushroom mix
Mix in a bowl the slices of mushrooms with the olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper
Spread out on a sheet pan and bake them until browned and caramelized, about 15 minutes
Set up Crostini
Spread about a tablespoon of the goat cheese on each crostini
Top with mushrooms, honey, sprinkle fresh thyme
Pair with a Pinot Noir. ENJOY!
